| Q1. Can you do customized designs and package ? Yes, OEM service is available. Q2. What is your OEM service procedures? Confirm the artwork from customer, to modify and then making the samples. Making counter sample within 2-3 days. (samples fee required and will be back after the order) After the quality, the price, and packing details are confirmed, we can start mass production. Confirm the shipment detail of products and the cargo after inspection can be shipped. Q3: Can I get a sample before bulk order & what's your sample policy? Yes, we are happy to make samples for your testing before you place large order. The sample is free excluding customized pattern fee. You just pay for express.. Q4: How long for you to produce sample? It takes 3-5workdays for a sample. Q5: How long to produce bulk order? The exact delivery date will be according to your style and bulk quantity. Q6: What's your minimum order quantity? Our MOQ is 500 pairs per design. We are good at working as custom clothing manufacturers for small orders for startups. We are able to proceed small orders in our sample room flexibly and efficiently. Q7: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take arrive? We usually ship by DHL, FedEx, UPS or TNT. It usually takes 3-7 working days to arrive. We can also ship bulk by vessel if you can accept. It usually takes 30-55days. Q8: What are the payment terms? For sample orders, sample is free, just pay for pattern fee if have custom pattern and express fee before proceed. For bulk orders, 100%deposit if amount under $5000 per order. 30%deposit and 70% balance before shipping if amount over $5000. Q9: Can you accept OEM & ODM order? Yes,we work on OEM & ODM orders, show us your artwork of size, material, design, packing solution, etc, we make it for you. |
